Responsibilities:

· Be the Management Representative and the contact person to the 3rd party registrar and Certification body. 

· Report on the performance of the quality system to management with executive responsibility for review and any need for improvement.

· To ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) is effectively established, implemented and maintained to be in compliance with ISO9001, ISO13485, 21 CFR 820, CE Standards and Chinese GMP. 

· Promote awareness of the QMS, Customer and Regulatory requirements.

· To ensure that the QMS fulfils the Supplier Quality Agreement from Ambu A/S. 

· Be a validation committee member, review and approve validation documents.

· As the in-house sterilization expert (gamma, ethylene oxide and electron beam).

· In charge of all local regulatory affairs and assist Corporate RA in other international regulatory affairs and product registration.

Assist in local R&D projects by providing local QA Engineering support.

Competency:

· Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any science discipline (Microbiology background preferred)

· Qualified/certified Lead Auditor

· Sound knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 11, Chinese GMP, ISO 11137, ISO 11135, ISO 11737

· Good analytical skills

· Sound knowledge in process validation and risk management

· Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English

· An expert in sterilization technology and requirements (gamma, ethylene oxide and electron beam)

Overseas work experience
