Key responsibilities 

u Be the champion of communications with the NPI Team, involve program teams in regular program reviews to identify issues, actions and follow up. Communicate with leadership & customers on program status on a regular basis.

u Help foster and drive NPI team effectiveness, creativity and innovation. 

u Monitor and resolve the excessive and obsolete inventory.

u Be the champion of customer communications and ensure that the team communicates effectively and in a timely manner with assigned customers.

u Manage the Quote team and work toward continuous growth and development. - Focus on cost, quote approvals and accuracy of quote data submissions. 

u Develop program goals that support business objectives as well as develop and execute strategies and plans to meet these goals.

u Manage multiple mid to large-sized projects through the allocation of work among Project and Team Leads while ensuring projects are smooth, launched on time, on budget, and quality requirements are met by following approved NPI procedure.

u Manage the level of revenue and P & L associated within product life cycle.

u Establish appropriate methods through project planning, analysis and implementation to achieve effective solutions as well as meet objectives and priorities.

u Identify and implement process improvements as well as assist business development management in the integration of complex business factors to develop and implement long-term strategic planning objectives. 

u Define, own and execute development schedules and budgets for assigned projects.

u Manage development activities and other cross-functional details to execute the project according to the roadmap requirements and timeline. 

u Make good relations with the supplier and customer.

Qualification

u Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering  preferred, MBA a plus 

u 5 years working experience in industry 

u Experience and understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles

u Customer and results orientation, problem solving techniques 

u Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers 

u Conflict management skills, ability to prevent and solve conflicts 

u Strong interpersonal skills and business sense
